Valaine: I've been writing poetry since I was a little girl. I always wished I could put music to my poems! I learned how to play the guitar, and years ago I wrote a few songs to play on the guitar, but that's as far as I got. Now I'm having a lot of fun, and it's a dream come true to be able to hear my poems arranged into songs! I don't have a particular taste in music, just like what sounds good to me. I go based off of feeling more than anything. I like music to move me! So, I have a range of musical tastes. My favorite song I have created so far is "Chasing Tomorrow". It's about my life and getting sick and not being able to do the things I used to. I'm thankful (to the Lord most of all) that I have any strength at all! It's a miracle that I can do what I do now!! My goal is to create as many songs as I can with my old poetry and new! Can't wait to hear what happens, and I hope you can find a song that speaks to you! Psalm 40:2-3
